Downtown has seen some big changes in recent years. One of the latest additions is the RiverWalk Commons, a fresh, open community space that serves as an anchor for revitalizing neighborhoods, attracting commercial development and building a bright future.

But that's just the beginning.

NIBCO Ice & Water Park Open!
Citizens of Elkhart made the NIBCO Ice Park a very popular attraction this past winter and the fun continues throughout the summer with a thrilling interactive water feature to cool kids on those hot summer days. The water feature is located in the center of the park on the East bank of the Elkhart River.

100 and 200 block streetscape update is now complete! Work is currently underway in the 300 block of South Main Street.
