Redevelop Elkhart Loan Fund

This fund provides below prime rate funds for the rehabilitation and construction of commercial real estate in downtown Elkhart and relocation assistance. The primary objective of the loan fund is to stimulate physical improvements to small business in downtown Elkhart.

Maximum loan amounts: $ 100,000 for redevelopment projects; $ 50,000 for relocation assistance.
