Downtown Elkhart, Inc., formally the Elkhart Centre, Inc., is a nonprofit organization that works revitalize and promote downtown Elkhart. Founded in 1986, Downtown Elkhart, Inc. is an accredited Indiana Main Street Program, which is an affiliate of the National Main Street Program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
